Meet Lauren,

LAUREN HENNING is an award-winning actress and feminist filmmaker.

She founded the queer, all-female production house Violent Pink Productions to amplify marginalized voices. Her film “TEXT ME WHEN YOU GET HOME” has won several international awards including Best Women’s Empowerment and Best Actress.

Her series “THE GAME” premiered at Comic-Con and has garnered over 50 million views across all social channels, and her series “SPACED OUT” won First Runner Up at Screencraft’s Virtual Pitch Competition.

Lauren has been cast in and is set to produce a feature film from Estevez-Sheen Productions, which will be directed by Golden Globe winner Kevin Pollack.

Lauren’s work has been screened at Cannes, The Palm Springs LGBTQ+ Film Festival, the Hollywood Independent Film Festival, and more. 

Lauren also serves on the Los Angeles Local SAG-AFTRA Women’s Committee, the Los Angeles Local Conservatory Committee, and as a Convention Delegate.
